The Arctic Church (Ishavskatedralen ) of Tromsø, officially named Tromsdalen Church is a masterpiece of form and light. I've heard say the most northern cathedral in the world and definitely worth a visit.
The church was built in 1969 and has a beautiful view over the Tromsø sound and the town of Tromsø.

In the state our home, the world, planet earth, is in at the moment, it is a mesmerizing experience to stand outside in the dark on a snow covered field above the arctic circle and gaze up at the powerful show of northern lights.
